​Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, modifications, or rescheduling. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% service charge. Cancellations within 2 hours of your appointment or missed appointments without notice may be charged the full service amount.

A 1.5% processing fee applies to debit and credit card payments.
Service Corrections

Haircut & Color Services: Corrections are available for services that do not meet the guest’s expectations when reported within 7 days of the original appointment.

Regular Polish Manicures & Pedicures: Polish corrections must be requested within 2 days of the original appointment.

Gel Polish Manicures & Pedicures: Polish corrections must be requested within 7 days of the original appointment.
